Slab Rollers and Dough Sheeters are always shipped fully insured. I must be notified within 72 hours for shipping damages. Please keep all packaging materials and send pictures of the damage to the box, crating and machine. If your machine isn't working properly, contact me immediately.

The buyer must contact seller within 21 days of deliver, of their intention to return item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from) for returns. For Slab Rollers and Dough Sheeters, there is a 5% restocking fee. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval from seller. The product must be returned in its original box and all original packaging. The buyer is also responsible for any parts that are not returned in resalable condition or are missing. The credit will be issued for the product price less, 5% restocking and any reductions due to condition or missing items.
